By using LeadVoice ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). LeadVoice is a professional social presence and engagement assistant provided by LeadVoice Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

LeadVoice is a Chrome extension that:

• Analyzes LinkedIn posts for relevance to your professional goals
• Generates AI-powered comment drafts and engagement suggestions
• Provides personalized content recommendations
• Manages your social media engagement workflow

Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years of age
• In compliance with your local laws
• Not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• A legitimate LinkedIn user in good standing

Account Registration and Security

1. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must keep your contact information current

Subscription Plans and Payment

1. Plan Tiers

• Free Plan: Limited scans, posts, and comment drafts per day
• Plus Plan: Increased limits and additional features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited usage and premium features

2. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

3. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Acceptable Use

1. Permitted Use

• Use the Service for legitimate professional networking
• Generate authentic, thoughtful engagement on LinkedIn
• Analyze publicly available LinkedIn content
• Personalize your engagement strategy

2. Prohibited Use

• Spam: Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content
• Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate others or provide false information
• Harassment: Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Automation Abuse: Do not circumvent LinkedIn's terms or rate limits
• Reverse Engineering: Do not attempt to reverse engineer our technology

3. LinkedIn Compliance

• You must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service at all times
• Do not use our Service to violate LinkedIn's professional community policies
• Respect LinkedIn's automation and API usage guidelines
• Do not engage in activities that could result in LinkedIn account suspension

Content and Intellectual Property

1. Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our Service
• You are responsible for the content you post on LinkedIn

2. Generated Content

• AI-generated content is provided for your reference and modification
• You should review and edit generated content before posting
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content

3. Our Intellectual Property

• The Service, including all technology and content, is owned by LeadVoice
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Our trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used without permission

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important considerations for AI-generated content:

• Content Quality: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
• Professional Responsibility: Use your professional judgment when implementing AI suggestions
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content
• Review Required: Always review and edit generated content before posting

Service Availability and Performance

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Our Service depends on LinkedIn's platform and APIs
• We are not responsible for LinkedIn's policies, changes, or limitations

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees
• Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-extension notice and post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of changes.
